Our headquarters and main office is located in Norris, Tennessee.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards such as: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Additionally, we also accept PayPal, Stripe, and Square.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we typically ship to all 101 countries. If the restriction guidelines change for one or more shipping areas, you should be informed at checkout.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our eyeglasses and sunglasses are manufactured in France.
How soon will I receive my order from the time I place it?
Your order should typically ship within 3-5 business days. There is an increased shipment time during peak holiday seasons.
What happens once I place my order?
Shortly after you place your order you will receive a tracking number
via email which will allow you to continuously track your package.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, if for some reason your order is incorrect or not what you expected simply send it back to us within 10 business days and we will resolve the problem and get you exactly what you need or refund your money.
